Key Objectives for the CTO – Defence:
- Scale and lead the International Engineering business unit, ensuring alignment with the company’s global growth strategy.
- Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering an environment of continuous learning and skills development across the engineering team.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Software Development domain, enhancing product capabilities and technical excellence.
