Holt Executive are currently partnered with an independent service provider for satellite and radio communications, offering its worldwide customers secure and high-quality voice and data services. They are also a leading provider of systems integration, engineering and IT solutions, across the maritime, enterprise, defence and government sectors.

They currently require a new Inhouse Sales Support member to join their Inhouse Sales Support team who will be the contact between the business and resellers, looking after everything from Sales to Complaints management. 

Responsibilities for the Inhouse Sales Support:

  • Creation and follow-up of quotations
  • Creation of customer orders in our merchandise management system
  • Preparation and dispatch of the order confirmation
  • Interface between sales and “operation”
  • Support in order processing
  • Support of our marketing department with regard to advertising materials and preparation of trade fair participations

Experience required for the Inhouse Sales Support:

  • Several years of experience in the field of internal sales
  • Experience in dealing with merchandise management systems, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability and strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English, both written and spoken
