We are looking for a commercially driven “hunter” profile — someone who thrives on opening new accounts, winning market share, and building long-term recurring revenue within a highly competitive ICT/MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities for the New Business Sales Manager- Maritime position:
• Drive new business growth across the maritime sector
• Identify, engage, and win new customers across the region
• Develop strategic sales plans in collaboration with technical and commercial teams
• Lead customer negotiations and secure recurring managed service revenue
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers
• Provide market intelligence and customer insight to support business growth
Key Experience required for the New Business Sales Manager- Maritime:
• Proven success winning new business within MSP, ICT, telecoms, connectivity, or systems integration environments.
• Strong consultative sales approach with experience engaging enterprise customers
• Maritime industry experience is beneficial but not essential
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English and German language skills required
• Flexible to travel across the region
