Our partner is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to join their international team at their Luxembourg headquarters. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in securing new partnerships, driving growth initiatives, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales & Business Development Manager:

  • Craft and execute strategic sales plans to propel company growth and dominate market share.
  • Uncover and capitalise on business opportunities and future products.
  • Forge and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create compelling sales and promotional materials.
  • Support the writing of government proposals and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Attend international space and defence events to foster strategic partnerships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market developments.
  • Deliver clear and consistent reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

Key Skills & Experience Required by the Sales & Business Development Manager:

  • Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the aerospace or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and accelerate company growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Citizenship from a member state of both EU and NATO.
