We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer with a strong RF and electronics background to join a growing engineering team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, assembly and testing of civil and military wireless telecommunication systems
- Test and troubleshoot product performance, including rework, soldering and rerouting of system elements
- Bring up subsystems and boards, and build test setups for validation, debugging and analysis
- Perform functional testing of RF, digital, analogue and power components including filters and related electrical elements
- Develop and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and field test procedures
- Write detailed test plans and procedures, and produce clear and accurate test reports
- Design and develop test benches and automated test setups
- Carry out PCB debugging, root cause failure analysis and quality inspections
- Maintain logbooks and NCRs for PCBs, components and systems
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in a lab or hardware testing environment
- Strong hands-on electronics skills, including PCB debugging, troubleshooting and fine-pitch soldering (0402 / 0201 packages)
- Experience debugging interfaces such as I2C, SPI, CAN Bus and port expanders
- Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analysers, spectrum analysers, signal generators and network analysers
- Knowledge of RF test and measurement systems (e.g. PNA-X)
- Understanding of power management and ESD protection principles
- Familiarity with cellular standards (ETSI / 3GPP) and GNSS systems is an advantage
- Experience using channel emulators (e.g. Propsim) is highly desirable
- Experience in RF board design is a plus
- Strong ability to design automated test benches and improve lab efficiency
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment
