Our Partner is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineering professional to support their Energy and Government customers in installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of products/ services and equipment, such as Cloud and IT, Hybrid Networks, Cyber Security, and other solutions.

Key Responsibilities below – Field Service Engineer:
- Responsible for the work and activities related to installation, service and maintenance of all Connectivity/Satellite Systems, IT Network, Hardware & software.
- Creation and filing of detailed documentation from installations, services, and maintenances for tasks assigned.
- Responsibility for completion of tasks on time with respect to agreed scope of work.
- Coordination with customer for successful implementation of tasks assigned.
- Cooperate with internal departments to solve technical and operational issues, close coordination with Support and Project Managers.
Key Experience and knowledge required for the Field Service Engineer:
- Education in IT & Telecommunications (bachelor’s degree or similar) or proven work experience in relevant subjects.
- Have a good understanding on computer server configuration, network infrastructure and administration.
- Experience troubleshooting and problem solving hardware products – Telecommunciation or/And IT.
- Have a strong commitment to quality, and adherence.
- Must be flexible to work worldwide and travel.
