Holt Executive are partnered Netherlands based supplier of AOCS, Propulsion, Avionics, and Thermal solutions for the Space industry.
Our partner is seeking a Program & Industrialization Manager to take the lead in the management and industrialization of a new propulsion system program. This role focusses on excellence, from both a development and customer perspective ensuring on time, on quality, and on cost delivery.
Key Responsibilities for the Program & Industrialization Manager:
- Overseeing customer requirements ensuring that contractual agreements in terms of Compliance, Risk, Schedule, Quality and Cost (Budget) are being met.
- Overarching responsibility for one, or multiple projects, spanning planning, definition, quality and profitability.
- Drive the industrialization of the product line whilst implementing an operational excellence mindset and vision.
- Constantly be thinking about continuously improve the overall project performance in line with the KPI’s.
- Preparation of proposals, with input from the wider team for specific expertise areas or volumes.
- Monthly status reporting during the Project Status Review (PSR).
- Build a strong and effective organization by selecting, training, appraising, developing and motivating the team.
- Keeping up to date with the market and potential opportunities.
Key Skills & Experience for the Program & Industrialization Manager:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Management role within the space industry.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Management role in space industry.
- Experience in management of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in operational excellence implementation.
- Experience in introduction and ramp-up of new products in production.
- Experience in scaling businesses, optimizing processes, streamlining resources, and ensuring quality.
- Experience in financial management and reporting, including familiarity with ERP and planning software.
- Strong communication skills, ability to reflect and knows how to motivate others.
- Proficiency in (technical) English (C2). Intermediate in Dutch (B1).
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel.
The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the Schengen Area.
