Holt Executive are partnered Netherlands based supplier of AOCS, Propulsion, Avionics, and Thermal solutions for the Space industry.
Our partner is seeking a Product Assurance Engineer to ensure that the project design, control, methods, and techniques are meeting the customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities for the Product Assurance Engineer:
- Developing and implementing the product assurance plan.
- Ensuring that processes are in place for parts, materials and EEE components.
- Ensuring that Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) requirements are in place.
- Overseeing the configuration management for the products.
- Preparing and managing RFD’s, RFA’s and PAD’s
- Working closely with customers, ensuring requirements are being met.
- Chairing of review boards: MPCB, PCB, RCB, MRR, IRR, TRR, TRB and DRB.
- Managing non-conformances and chairing the Non-conformance Review Board (NRB).
Key Skills & Experience for the Product Assurance Engineer:
- Bachelor degree educated.
- A logical thinker, that is process-oriented with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work across projects with high levels of workload.
- Experience overseeing product assurance across an entire project from proposal to production.
- Able to overview the whole production process from raw materials to system integration.
- Experience in customer and regulatory requirements management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communicator with all levels of the company, suppliers and customers.
- Knowledge and experience with:
- Materials and manufacturing processes
- Verification processes / testing
- Electrical, Electronic and Electro-mechanical (EEE) components
- Fluent in the English language, both verbal and in writing. Speaking in Dutch language would be preferred.
The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the Schengen Area.
This opportunity is an onsite position near Roosendaal, The Netherlands.
