Our partner is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to be the drive force behind the build out of their Human Resources function fostering a collaborative, strong, and pleasant working environment.
Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Business Partner:
- Development and implementation of both strategic and operational HR policies.
- Optimization of HR processes and building/providing structure.
- Improving our recruitment process spanning strategy, branding and market analysis.
- Play a key role in recruitment & selection, onboarding, talent management and training.
- Increasing employee engagement through strengthening our corporate culture.
- Supporting other locations/sites in Europe.
- Senior stakeholder engagement and management, keeping them updated on strategic HR issues and developments.
Key Skills & Experience for the Human Resources Business Partner:
- Education in HR Management and extensive experience in an all-round HR position.
- Knowledge of modern HR techniques and strategies.
- Ability to manage policy and implementation, whilst also managing priorities.
- Structured, organized, and take initiative to drive direction.
- You value honestly, discretion, and reliability.
- You have strong understand of Dutch employment law.
- You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the Schengen Area.
