Stuart Holt
Founder Founder
I always wanted to work somewhere that was professional and hardworking, but where they still placed an emphasis on having fun at work; I couldn’t find one, so I built one. I’m happy to say I genuinely think everyone that works for this company enjoys coming to work, and for me, that is what it is all about.
I still like to keep my hand in on the actual recruitment side of the business. The idea is to lead from the front but I have to admit the team are starting to beat me to the top of the league table.
I love to travel and having spent five years living and travelling in some very random places; from a Lion Sanctuary in Zimbabwe to the Snowy Mountains of New Zealand; I like to think I have so far made the most of life.

Daniel Barrett

I began my career as a B2B Marketer in the Telecom and Services sector, collaborating with international companies such as Vodafone and British Telecom. In 2014, I transitioned to the world of recruitment, leveraging my valuable insights from the Telecoms Sector.
My dedication to my work led me to a pivotal opportunity in 2016 – building The Holt Recruitment Group’s new Executive Recruitment department. Since then, Holt Executive has evolved into a top-tier player in the recruitment landscape, specialising in the Space, SATCOM, Aerospace & Defence, and Aviation sectors.
As a Director at Holt Executive, my responsibilities focus on building strong client relationships, advancing business development initiatives, and connecting exceptional candidates with leading organisations across the World.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a diverse range of clients in the industry, ranging from established industry leaders to innovative startups.
My Specialism
My expertise lies in placing senior talent across the Satellite, Space, Defence, and Aviation markets on a global scale. I primarily support roles in Bid Management, Commercial Management, Pre Sales, Sales/Account Management, and Legal.

I began my career in Financial Services before transitioning to recruitment, where I spent six years at a global top-tier management consulting firm, Bain & Company, hiring top talent across Africa.
This experience laid a strong foundation for my move to the UK, where I entered the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry. Here, I recruited executive candidates globally, specialising in successfully placing top-tier executive leadership roles, including VP, Head of, RVP, as well as key positions in Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
My career path has led me to Holt Executive, where I focus on placing senior executive talent in the Americas. With a strong history of successfully placing high-calibre candidates, I’m proud to be part of the team here.

After finishing school, I entered the world of football coaching at the age of 16. After working for several clubs such as Crawley Town Football Club, Brighton and Hove Albion FC, Chelsea FC and even coaching in America I entered the world of recruitment. Having worked in Administration for over 11 years, I joined Holt in September 2019 and gradually worked my way up into the role I’m in today. I’ve worked in the recruitment industry for over 4 years now and love helping people whether it’s the candidates or the consultants.
