Job Title: AIV Manager (Assembly, Integration, and Verification)

We are seeking an experienced AIV Manager to lead the Assembly, Integration, and Verification efforts for cutting-edge space systems. This is a unique opportunity to work on pioneering projects, contributing to innovative technologies that push the boundaries of space exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire AIV process for satellite systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
- Develop and execute AIV plans, including integration and test procedures, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Manage the end-to-end integration and verification of subsystems and payloads, ensuring seamless compatibility.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Conduct functional, environmental, and performance testing of systems, documenting results and addressing discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for quality, safety, and reliability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all AIV-related activities, providing expertise and resolving technical challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in AIV processes within the space or aerospace sectors.
- Strong understanding of satellite systems, payloads, and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with integration and environmental testing, including vibration, thermal vacuum, and EMC testing.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills to oversee teams and ensure milestones are met.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ECSS.
- Problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
