We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to collaborate across business sectors. You will manage the creation, delivery, and improvement of Product Management Programs (including launch, in-flight, and end-of-life phases), ensuring centrally stored content is accessible to enhance the customer journey.

Our partner is seeking UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers on a permanent basis to join their team at Heathrow.
The UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers will leverage their expertise to perform comprehensive aircraft maintenance, both inside and outside the cabin. This includes maintaining In-Flight Entertainment Systems and ensuring all modifications comply with strict UK CAA regulations.
Salary – Upto £62.9k depending on license type + £5k to £8k towards license maintenance + £6150 shift allowance.
Key Responsibilities for the UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers:
- Perform built-in test (BIT) and manual test of IFE systems.
- Troubleshoot electronic units, cabling or seat consoles in which failures occur down to the line replaceable modules, using knowledge of electronic theory.
- Identify necessary repairs to restore functional acceptance, which may require replacing defective line replaceable modules and/or cabling.
- Perform maintenance checks on Customer aircraft for various airlines.
- Operate a vehicle on airport property and around aircraft.
- Operate airline communications equipment.
- Communicate and interface with customers.
- Document the testing and repairs using computer and bar-coding equipment.
- Assist in tracking the spare inventory.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
Key Skills and Experience Required by the UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers:
- Licenses: Must have an A or B1 or B2 license with a Type Rating on (A380, A350, A330, A320, 787, 777, 767)
- Must be able to pass a 5-year background check, extensive security and reference checks for Airside access.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- General knowledge of fundamental electrical Engineer or related experience acquired through commercial aviation, military experience or technical school education is highly preferred, but not required.
- IFE or avionics experience is highly preferred, but not essential.
- Must have the ability to climb and work from a ladder or platform, and endure sitting, standing, bending or twisting for extended periods.
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate under extreme weather conditions and in confined spaces for extended periods.
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions, procedures, blueprints, diagrams, and manuals and to comprehend and follow verbal instructions in English.

Systems Engineer – Requirements Capture and Management
Holt Executive are partnered with a leading Design and Manufacturing business that specialises in electro-optics and supply into a variety of markets across the globe.
They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Systems Engineer to assist in all phases across the complete systems engineering lifecycle. This will include requirement capture, system architecture design and verification/validation activities.
Key Responsibilities for the Systems Engineer:
- Undertaking the requirement specification, architectural design, verification and validation of systems on projects.
- Development of system requirements from high-level customer requirements to sub-system and component-level requirements.
- Manage compliance against statutory regulations and defence standards.
- Applying practical skills in design techniques for defence and commercial applications, understanding key process tools and technologies.
- Producing block diagrams, detailed design drawings and supporting calculations
- Practical evaluation of new and emerging technologies
- Working closely with the wider engineering team to manage design changes and solve problems on complex systems.

Key Skills & Experience for the Systems Engineer:

Responsibilities for the Space Systems Engineering Manager:

Bid Manager
Holt Executive are currently partnered with a global leader in Space sustainability, a dynamic and rapidly growing technology innovator who are making hugely positive contributions to tackle the growing problem of orbital space debris.
They require a Bid Manager to develop bids and secure funding in support of a number of Business Development related areas including proposal production for commercial sales.
This role would suit someone with past experience in bids, ideally in the spacecraft sector or in complex engineering services or products, who wishes to grow responsibility in the end-to-end delivery of bids.
Responsibilities for the Bid Manager:
Bid Capture Management
- Take responsibility for managing and coordinating entire bids, or parts of bids as required, through the bid process from call opening all the way to bid submission.
- Control overall production of the bid volumes to ensure delivery on schedule.
- Draw on other relevant teams as needed, including: projects, engineering, procurement & contractual, finance, business analysis.
- Ensure bid execution according to bid PA/QA philosophy; conduct bid/no bid reviews and later stage bid reviews as appropriate.
- Control bid finances, working with finance team and with external partners.
- Support account management efforts with UKSA (UK Space Agency) or ESA (European Space Agency) as directed.
BD Team Support
- Keep track of bid opportunities including sources such as ESA, EU, UKSA and make propositions as to what future projects fit which opportunities.
- Maintain a database of future projects suitable for different bid types and opportunities, and work with the business team to support prioritisation of projects and R&D, feeding into service and capability strategy.
- Support business analysis team to evolve customer and competitor analyses.
Experience required by the Bid Manager:
- 2+ years’ experience working in bid management in the space industry, with a preference for those with experience of the full lifecycle of UKSA or ESA bids e.g. ARTES, GSTP, ITTs, UKSA SST programme.
- Excellent understanding of UKSA ecosystem, UKSA member states or other member state discussions and negotiations.
- Experience working with UKSA or ESA on space programmes.
- An excellent “sales / marketing style” in bid production which can be used to convey the selling points of the business, and to construct competitive but deliverable bids and commercial proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills including to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for and understanding of the space industry and ecosystem.
- Experience of ESA bid financials.
