Project Manager – Defence (DV Clearance Required)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maritime Integration Project Manager to lead the delivery of key implementation projects for the UK MOD, Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, and other government vessels. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple maritime installation projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
- Produce Equipment Guidance Packages (EGPs), Installation Guidance Packages (IGPs), and Modification Leaflets based on engineering designs and stakeholder input.
- Lead the Change Impact Assessment Process (CIAP) in collaboration with Engineering and Assurance Teams.
- Provide comprehensive project reporting to internal teams and contribute to governance meetings.
- Participate in customer governance meetings to discuss project schedules, progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage procurement, configuration, and delivery schedules for equipment and services.
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Drive improvements in project management processes and through-life support functions.
- Represent the organization at key customer project and commercial meetings.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven project management experience within UK MOD and government maritime sectors.
- Extensive experience in managing maritime electrical installation projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, IT networking, and satellite communication.
- Expertise in creating high-quality EGPs, IGPs, and Modification Leaflets.

Key Responsibilities for the Spectrum / Regulatory Engineer:
- Participate in national preparations for World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRCs) and ITU-R Working Parties
- Represent in regulatory committees and working groups on frequency allocation and spectrum sharing matters, for example the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and regional organizations
- Represent in standardization bodies, such as 3GPP and ETSI
- Develop positions, strategies and input contributions for meetings
- Provide technical support on market access and business development activities

- Knowledge of satellite communications systems (link budgets, general radio theory and basic orbital mechanics), national and international spectrum regulations, policies and spectrum regulatory, registration and coordination processes
- Knowledge of non-satellite wireless products, services and technologies
- Experience of working in international regulatory and standardization for a, such as ITU
- Understanding of policy and regulatory issues in the satellite sector, especially with regard to licensing and market access
- Knowledge of broadband communications, and radiofrequency spectrum technology

Key Responsibilities – Materials / Inventory Controller – Aviation /Aerospace:
- Set up and manage new spare support contracts (ISS/Warranty Repair) throughout program lifecycles, including operational and financial forecasting.
- Act as a primary product support contact for airline customers and suppliers.
- Drive vendor performance SLAs, including finished goods, RMAs, and reliability.
- Oversee failure analysis and repair shop finding reports, including customer reporting.
- Manage supplier KPI reporting and hardware support, both internally and for customers.

Aircraft Engineer (Cat A, B1 or B2 Licensed)

Our partner is seeking UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers on a permanent basis to join their team at Heathrow.
The UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers will leverage their expertise to perform comprehensive aircraft maintenance, both inside and outside the cabin. This includes maintaining In-Flight Entertainment Systems and ensuring all modifications comply with strict UK CAA regulations.
Salary – Upto £62.9k depending on license type + £5k to £8k towards license maintenance + £6150 shift allowance.
Key Responsibilities for the UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers:
- Perform built-in test (BIT) and manual test of IFE systems.
- Troubleshoot electronic units, cabling or seat consoles in which failures occur down to the line replaceable modules, using knowledge of electronic theory.
- Identify necessary repairs to restore functional acceptance, which may require replacing defective line replaceable modules and/or cabling.

- General knowledge of fundamental electrical Engineer or related experience acquired through commercial aviation, military experience or technical school education is highly preferred, but not required.
- IFE or avionics experience is highly preferred, but not essential.
- Must have the ability to climb and work from a ladder or platform, and endure sitting, standing, bending or twisting for extended periods.
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate under extreme weather conditions and in confined spaces for extended periods.
