Quality Assurance/Product Assurance Engineer

Our partner is seeking a Quality Assurance/Product Assurance Engineer to support the design and implementation of their QMS, development of processes from production to manufacturing, and to work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure quality of their products.
Key Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance/Product Assurance Engineer:
- Responsible for the design and implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) encompassing all aspects of the product lifecycle—from development through manufacturing and supporting functions—to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain effective governance structures to oversee quality processes, while actively contributing to a clean, lean, and efficient production environment.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with suppliers by streamlining internal quality processes and performing audits as needed.
- Develop and apply relevant performance metrics and control strategies to monitor and enhance product and process quality.
- Ensure the QMS is clearly documented and accessible, supporting organization-wide understanding through targeted documentation and employee training initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience for the Quality Assurance/Product Assurance Engineer:
- Holds a degree in engineering or possesses equivalent experience through a proven track record in technical roles.
- Brings solid experience in systems engineering methodologies and recognized industry best practices, with a strong foundation in Lean principles.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a high-tech or aerospace environment.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, with a demonstrated ability to influence and manage stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and organizational change.
- Combines meticulous attention to detail with a strategic, big-picture mindset.
- Proactive in raising concerns and offering constructive challenges when appropriate.
- Strong active listening and communication skills.
- Capable of prioritizing effectively in line with broader organizational goals.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills, particularly Dutch, are advantageous.
Additional preferred experience:
- Solid understanding of systems engineering lifecycles, with particular relevance to high-reliability sectors such as aerospace or defense.
- Experience in the selection and documentation of Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) components.
- Proven ability to implement and maintain component traceability throughout the development and production process.
- Familiar with auditing subcontractors to ensure compliance with technical and quality standards.
- Previous experience working within an ISO 9001-certified environment.
- Hands-on involvement in the qualification of complex technical systems, ideally within space or similarly regulated industries.

Test Operator
Holt Executive are partnered Netherlands based supplier of AOCS, Propulsion, Avionics, and Thermal solutions for the Space industry.
Our partner is seeking a Test Operator to carry out tests and generate data to ensure product compliance according to specifications and requirements. Working to pre-established processes and procedures, the Test Operator will support with the undertaking and reporting of electrical and mechanical tests.
Key Responsibilities for the Test Operator:
- Executing both electrical and mechanical tests on products.
- Validation of procedures and test set ups working collaboratively with the systems engineers.
- Reporting test results and ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Continuously look to improve test setups and processes.
- Work cross functionally to ensure weekly and daily test planning is in place.
Key Skills & Experience for the Test Operator:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (C2).
- Experience in the space industry, preferably as a satellite equipment supplier.
- Knowledge on ECSS and Space Design Process Flow (EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, TRB, DRB).

System Engineer – Chemical Propulsion
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced System Engineer to take technical ownership of chemical propulsion subsystems for spacecraft, from initial concept and design to delivery. You will play a key role in the development of propulsion products for satellites, supporting the full lifecycle from initial concept to delivery, working alongside design, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for overseeing technical trade-offs, design reviews, system analyses, supplier management, and testing activities. You will contribute to technical documentation, lead verification activities, and act as the technical point of contact for both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical decisions and trade-offs for propulsion subsystems
- Perform functional analyses, system design reviews, and oversee mechanical, structural, and electronics design
- Support supplier management, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing processes
- Prepare technical documentation, verification matrices, compliance reports, and test procedures
- Provide hands-on support during test campaigns and non-standard product activities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for customer interactions
Skills Required:
- MSc in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or similar
- 3+ years’ experience as a System Engineer working on chemical propulsion subsystems

Technical Support Engineer – Network & IT

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd-line support across satellite, network, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor global networks and resolve alerts in line with SLAs
- Deliver IP, RF, and routing troubleshooting for remote and fixed networks
- Maintain and improve internal IT systems, including hosting and security infrastructure
- Support corporate users and participate in on-call rota for emergency coverage
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in NOC, technical support, networks, or IT/satellite engineering
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to self-manage, stay calm under pressure, and prioritise tasks
- Desirable: VSAT or satellite knowledge, CCNA/JNCIA-level IP understanding
