Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd-line support across satellite, network, and IT infrastructure
- Monitor global networks and resolve alerts in line with SLAs
- Deliver IP, RF, and routing troubleshooting for remote and fixed networks
- Maintain and improve internal IT systems, including hosting and security infrastructure
- Support corporate users and participate in on-call rota for emergency coverage

Software Engineer
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team working at the forefront of naval electro-optic systems. This role is perfect for someone with strong embedded software experience looking to make a tangible impact on mission-critical defence technology.
You’ll be involved in the full software lifecycle – from concept and design through to integration and support – working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop robust, fault-resilient software that powers high-performance naval systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and developing embedded and UI software for advanced naval systems

Electro-Mechanical Test Engineer
Test Engineer
Calling all Electronics Test Engineers! An exciting opportunity for a Test Engineer exists with a leading defence company. The Test Engineer will take responsibility for testing electro-optical components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and systems, and recording results accurately, flagging issues to the engineering team, and carrying out fault-finding to diagnose production or design issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking Factory Acceptance Tests using standard workshop test equipment such as power supplies, digital multi-meters & oscilloscopes.
- Assist in creating test procedures and FAT documents.
- Fault-find electromechanical equipment.
- Effective communications with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Adhere to the company’s procedures, policies and goals.
- Ensure at all times that health & safety regulations and guidelines are followed.
- Ensure that all procedures are followed as specified in the Quality Manual.
- Maintain documentation to ensure it is kept accurate and up to date in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Assist in maintaining the office and workshop in a clean and orderly state and ensure good project house keeping
- Actively support continuous improvement activities.
- Support field service when required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Excellent knowledge of manual testing electrical and electronics systems.
- Ability to write comprehensive test plans and factory acceptance tests for new product launches.
- Able to read complex technical drawings, wiring diagrams and PCB schematics.
- Will be able to support production and quality activities when required.
- ONC or equivalent in Electronics Engineering
- Experience with manual test and integration.
- Computer Literate and competent with using Microsoft Word and Excel packages.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain documentation and update lab management tools like Patch Manager
- Lead lab audits, safety protocols, and equipment coordination

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, lab, or data centre management
- Knowledge of RF/VSAT systems, network configuration, and fault resolution
- Experience with Linux, VMware, and cloud systems (e.g., AWS)
