In this role, the Lead acts as the programme authority for international and domestic spectrum coordination, orbital filings, regulatory engagement, and interference management activities. The function carries responsibility for the programme’s most time-critical regulatory milestones including ITU API filing, coordination negotiations, and spectrum authorisation activities. Specific accountabilities follow.
• Lead end-to-end ITU filing activities covering Advance Publication Information (API), Coordination Request (CR/C), Notification, and Bringing Into Use (BIU) submissions for NGSO constellation operations.
