About the Role: They are seeking a Senior Robotic Systems Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge robotic systems. As the technical lead, you will be responsible for managing workflows, technical proposals, and system requirements, ensuring the highest engineering standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle development of space robotic systems, ensuring technical excellence.

  • Experience: 5+ years in space systems engineering, with a focus on space robotics and mechanisms. Proven experience leading complex technical projects across full program lifecycles (Phase A to E).
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of space systems, including structural, thermal, radiation, and EMI/EMC considerations. Hands-on experience with system design, development, and testing.
  • Tools & Standards: Familiarity with ECSS standards and systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, JAMA). Proficient in technical documentation and compliance with space industry standards.
  • Processes: Expertise in Systems Engineering processes, including requirements management, verification, and validation.
  • Software: Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS, ALTIUM, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Languages: Proficient in written and spoken English.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
