About the Role: They are seeking a Senior Robotic Systems Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge robotic systems. As the technical lead, you will be responsible for managing workflows, technical proposals, and system requirements, ensuring the highest engineering standards. Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: MSc in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in space systems engineering, with a focus on space robotics and mechanisms. Proven experience leading complex technical projects across full program lifecycles (Phase A to E).
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of space systems, including structural, thermal, radiation, and EMI/EMC considerations. Hands-on experience with system design, development, and testing.
- Tools & Standards: Familiarity with ECSS standards and systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, JAMA). Proficient in technical documentation and compliance with space industry standards.
- Processes: Expertise in Systems Engineering processes, including requirements management, verification, and validation.
- Software: Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS, ALTIUM, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Languages: Proficient in written and spoken English.
