Our partner is looking for an experienced Engineer to support Installation, configuration, commissioning, and fault diagnostics of Telecommunication and Connectivity services.
Key Responsibilities for the Offshore Telecommunication Engineer – VSAT role:
- Installation, commissioning & fault diagnostics of GEO VSAT fixed single and dual Antenna Systems.
- Commissioning & fault diagnosis of single & multiple carrier services on the above systems related to specific manufacturer Satellite access technologies for SCPC, TDMA, IDirect, newtech & CnC.
- Installation and commissioning of LEO VSAT systems such as Avanti.
- Installation and commissioning of LTE services in the North Sea.
- Installation of P2P/LOS and Fiber Optic WAN services.
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of managed Network Lan infrastructure on site.

- HNCHND Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering qualification.
- 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Seatel, Intellian, Orbit factory training certifications.
- GVF Certifications relevant to VSAT.
- Approved Fibre training (Splicing and Measurement).
- Proven experience of electrical installation & termination.
- Proven knowledge of basic LAN network infrastructure hardware, cabling & test.
- Proven knowledge of associated test equipment (Spectrum Analyser, RF Power meter, DVM, OTDR, Lan Tester).
- EU or Norwegian citizenship ability to work in Norway (sponsorship not available).

Their Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite network is set to revolutionize global broadband connectivity, and we’re supporting their search for a Systems Configuration Management Specialist to join the team.
In this role, you’ll support a ground-breaking LEO satellite program, managing system configuration and documentation across hardware, software, and systems. You’ll work closely with the Systems Engineering and Integration, Verification & Validation teams, ensuring that the program’s technical baseline is fully traceable, documented, and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration Management
- Maintain and control configuration baselines across HW and SW environments.
- Act as the owner of all documentation defining configuration and verification status.
- Track “as-built” configurations and enforce single-source-of-truth practices.
- Use CM tools for configuration identification, control, status accounting, audits, and releases.
- Collaborate with engineering and program teams to manage data integrity.

System Document & Requirements Management

What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a 60-cabinet datacentre and RF lab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain RF and networking equipment

- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve lab issues and prioritise projects
- Maintain documentation and update lab management tools like Patch Manager
- Lead lab audits, safety protocols, and equipment coordination
- Provide technical support across networking, server infrastructure, and RF systems
What You’ll Need

- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, lab, or data centre management
- Knowledge of RF/VSAT systems, network configuration, and fault resolution
