Our partner is working on the next generation of satellite communication systems and seeking an Electronic Hardware Engineer to join their Switzerland-based R&D team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the electronic board development cycle and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance analog and mixed-signal solutions for phased array antenna systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of reliable analog and mixed-signal electronics.
  • Define architecture, select components, design PCBs, and bring up prototypes.
  • Conduct hands-on testing and verification in the lab using oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and other tools.
  • Document your designs for manufacturing, testing, and production handoff.

What You’ll Need:

  • MSc in Electronic Engineering (or related field) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in board-level electronics for high-reliability or safety-critical environments (e.g. aerospace, automotive, medical).
  • Proficient in schematic and PCB design tools (preferably Altium).
  • Experience with digital electronics and high-speed interfaces.
  • Comfortable working with low-voltage, high-current, and low-noise designs.
  • Familiar with quality-focused design principles and DFM/DFA/DFT.
