Systems Test Engineer (RF/Antenna)
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Systems Test Engineer to support the development of cutting-edge phased array antenna technology for both airborne and land-mobile applications. This role offers the chance to work with highly complex systems that integrate RF subsystems, communications chains, power and control electronics, HW/SW integration, and mechanical structures. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement system verification strategies, test plans, procedures, and reports
- Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing processes
- Execute manual and automated test cases, analyse results, and report issues
- Collaborate with design teams to reproduce and resolve technical problems
- Ensure system testing strategies meet technical and customer requirements
- Document testing phases, defects, and contribute to improving processes
- Assess system performance under varying conditions, including stress and scalability testing

Requirements:
- MSc in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation, Microtechnology, or related fields)
- Experience or strong interest in active Antenna, RF, and Digital Systems
- Previous industry experience, particularly with airborne applications, is highly desirable
- Swiss or EU (27) citizenship

Our partner is seeking an Electrical Production Technician to support with the soldering, wiring of electrical panels, control panels, and distribution boards that are based on drawings, diagrams, and procedures.
Experience with ESA qualifications, and ESA certification is required.
Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Production Technician:
- Prepare work the lab and necessary equipment.
- Reading of electrical schematics / PCB layouts.
- Prepare parts for assembly, including cleaning and packaging.
- Soldering components according to ECSS standards.
- Documentation.
- Cabling according to IPC/ WHMA -A-620.

- 2+ years of relevant experience with experience in soldering to ECSS standards.

- Prepare parts for assembly, including cleaning and packaging,

- Executing both electrical and mechanical tests on products.
- Validation of procedures and test set ups working collaboratively with the systems engineers.
- Reporting test results and ensuring documentation is up to date.

Key Responsibilities for the Product Assurance Engineer:
- Developing and implementing the product assurance plan.
- Ensuring that processes are in place for parts, materials and EEE components.
- Ensuring that Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) requirements are in place.
- Overseeing the configuration management for the products.
- Preparing and managing RFD’s, RFA’s and PAD’s

You will play a key role in the development of propulsion products for satellites, supporting the full lifecycle from initial concept to delivery, working alongside design, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for overseeing technical trade-offs, design reviews, system analyses, supplier management, and testing activities. You will contribute to technical documentation, lead verification activities, and act as the technical point of contact for both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical decisions and trade-offs for propulsion subsystems
- Perform functional analyses, system design reviews, and oversee mechanical, structural, and electronics design
- Support supplier management, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing processes
- Prepare technical documentation, verification matrices, compliance reports, and test procedures
