Position Overview

As a key member of the team, you will focus on flight software verification and validation for satellite onboard computers. Responsibilities
- Perform flight software verification, validation, and integration.

- Drive trade-space discussions in terms of modem performance, with network features and MEF service performance in mind.

The successful Configuration Manager will support the Configuraiton Management Office, Project Managers, and Program Leads working on this next-generation satellite constellation.
Key Responsibilities for the Configuration Manager:
- Define, develop, and manage process, procedures and enabling tools to identify, document and manage the LEO program physical assets.
- Share your knowledge of ITAR process with those supporting the program.
- Maintenance of the inventory system assets (hardware).
- Controlling and documenting systems, hardware and software configurations.
- Supporting the software development, test environment managers and verification and test teams to develop, refine, and document process and procedure for the management of releases into formal test and production environments.

Key Responsibilities for the Payload Specialist:
- You will work with a wide team of engineers to support on the development of key systems and interfaces relating to the payload, including end-to-end communication, network entry, service availability, and satellite payload power consumption management.
- Be responsible for the alignment of the RF payload design with the network performance in mind.
- Be the main interface between the company and the satellite and payload unit suppliers to ensure that the program requirements are being met with regards to development, qualification and performance.
- Ensure that the satellite and RF payload unit suppliers are working to schedule with the technical deliverables.
- Support with the resolution of any design, production or test issues with both interinal engineering teams and suppliers.
- Support and advise on payload integration activities.

Our partner is seeking UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers on a permanent basis to join their team at Heathrow.
The UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers will leverage their expertise to perform comprehensive aircraft maintenance, both inside and outside the cabin. This includes maintaining In-Flight Entertainment Systems and ensuring all modifications comply with strict UK CAA regulations.
Salary – Upto £62.9k depending on license type + £5k to £8k towards license maintenance + £6150 shift allowance.
Key Responsibilities for the UK CAA Licensed CAT A, B1 OR B2 Aircraft Engineers:
- Perform built-in test (BIT) and manual test of IFE systems.
- Troubleshoot electronic units, cabling or seat consoles in which failures occur down to the line replaceable modules, using knowledge of electronic theory.
- Identify necessary repairs to restore functional acceptance, which may require replacing defective line replaceable modules and/or cabling.
- Perform maintenance checks on Customer aircraft for various airlines.

- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

- IFE or avionics experience is highly preferred, but not essential.

The role is anticipated to be dual Electrical and Electronic, with the following definitions:
- Electronics Engineer providing expertise of circuit design, components, and PCB technology. Working in technology areas of EMC, Power Management, Servo Control, processor interfacing and communications.
